Cancellation And Refund

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, cancellations, refunds, charges, and other matters pertaining to the services (such as those of the airline, hotel, or supplier, including payment gateway service providers) ("Suppliers"). Additionally, the terms of the relevant supplier shall govern any refund amount to be processed, the time frame for making such a refund, and any related actions. Farecrown.com shall in no manner be in charge of handling refund processing.

We maintain everything on our platform acceptable and relevant for our worldwide audience while preserving the freedom of speech thanks to our Content Standards and Guidelines. They outline our policies for handling material and how we deal with improper content. You accept the terms stated in all three papers by agreeing to our terms. Please do not utilize our Platform if you disagree with any of these Terms. The legal conditions under which Service Providers provide their Travel Experiences through our Platform are outlined in all of this material, together with any pre-contractual information you may have submitted before making a reservation and your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation

  • 1. You agree to the relevant policies as stated throughout the booking procedure when you make a reservation. All cancellation policies, as well as policies regarding age restrictions, security/damage deposits, extra fees for group reservations, extra beds, breakfast, pets, and accepted credit cards, are available on our platform. These policies can be found on the pages devoted to the Service Providers, during the booking process, in the fine print, and, if relevant, in the confirmation email or ticket.
  • 2. The cancellation/no-show policy of the Service Provider will determine any fees associated with canceling a booking or in the event that you do not show up.
  • 3. There are reservations that are non-refundable, and reservations that are refundable only up until a certain point in time.
  • 4. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time if they are unable to collect the remaining balance by the designated date if you pay in full for your Travel Experience (including all pricing components and/or a damage deposit, if applicable). Should they decide to cancel, they will only reimburse you for the non-refundable portion of your purchase. You bear the responsibility of ensuring that the payment is processed on schedule, that the bank, debit card, or credit card information is accurate, and that there is sufficient funds in your account.

Refund

Refunds for received cancellation requests will be processed as soon as possible after the request is received. If you cancel directly with an airline, your refund will be processed once our service charge and airline fees are subtracted. All refunds will be handled pending their processing by the relevant airline or service provider. Note that there is no refund for the convenience fee that was paid at the time of booking.

  • Refund requests will only be processed by Farecrown.com once they receive them via email or the Change Request section from customers, travel agencies, or corporate companies.
  • After the airline has refunded the money, the agent portal wallet will be immediately credited with the reimbursement for the canceled tickets.
  • Refunds will only be processed by Farecrown.com 72 hours after they are received by the relevant airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
  • The amount in your wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account once it has been used for a transaction. But it's redeemable for subsequent reservations.
  • We will deduct 10% refund service fees from the refundable amount, should you need it in your bank account. Refunds in this instance will be processed within 15 to 20 business days.
  • If the airline or hotel closes its doors or files for bankruptcy, Farecrown.com will not be responsible for providing any refunds.
  • In the event that the airline or hotel closes its doors or files for bankruptcy, consumers, clients, or agents will not be held responsible for Farecrown.com for paying the refunds that were promised at the time of ticket purchase.
  • Farecrown.com has the right to reclaim the refunded sum in the event that airlines or hotels close, become non-operational, or go bankrupt. Farecrown.com may occasionally restore amounts to customers based on assurances provided by airlines, hoteliers, or suppliers.
