As an Online Travel Agency (OTA), we facilitate bookings through global carriers. Refund eligibility is determined by the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) guidelines and specific carrier fare rules.
Standard ARC regulations allow for cancellations within 24 hours of booking without airline penalty, provided the ticket was purchased at least one week prior to departure. Agency service fees may apply.
Most "Basic Economy" or promotional VTC fares are non-refundable per airline policy. In these cases, we may assist in securing a Future Travel Credit (FTC) minus carrier change fees.
While we strive for transparency, please note that OTA service fees, convenience fees, and credit card processing tolls are generally non-refundable once the ticket has been issued.
Refund requests undergo a Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) audit. Once validated by the airline, funds are returned to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days.
